About Renzo Renzi

Renzo Renzi has spent his entire professional career in real estate, and grew up in it before that. Raised between Key Biscayne and South Miami in a family of developers, he learned the business from the ground up — watching deals come together, and just as often watching what made them fall apart.

He is a product of the neighborhoods he serves. He attended Epiphany and St. Agnes, then Christopher Columbus High School, and has spent his life in and around Coconut Grove, South Miami, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, and Pinecrest.

For the past seven years, Renzo has worked as a lender, financing commercial, construction, and residential transactions across South Florida. That vantage point gave him something most agents don't have: a working knowledge of how a deal actually gets funded. He has underwritten transactions, structured financing, and sat on the side of the table where the numbers either work or they don't.

Lending also put him across from every kind of client — builders, investors, and first-time buyers. Each measures a deal differently, by cost per foot, by return, by the monthly payment, and Renzo has financed all three. He knows what each one is actually looking for, often before they've said it out loud.
